You Just Never Know

If you went for a walk in the woods one day and saw this...

would you think to do this?

or this?

or maybe even this?

You just never know what might happen if you take a walk in the woods!

Have a fun Saturday!

**Note:  A big "thank you" to Kathryn Costa!  Her beautiful leaf doodles inspired me to try a little leaf art of my own today.  Check out her amazing work on her blog, Collage Diva.

  5. Now you my dear have inspired me in turn! I don't have my post of the day finished but you'll love what I'm doing with my leaves. It is a leaf sampler. I think I may try out some new patterns later inspired by your designs. Thank you!

    1. You'll have to share your version. I really like the way everyone plays off of each other creatively, each with her own take on things. AEDM has been soooo inspiring!

  10. These leaves are so much fun! It's wonderful that you have found them and captured them before they flew away :) I wonder if there are any hidden outside in my yard? I'll go check. Thank you!

    1. I did use acrylics, mixed with a little gesso for opacity. I like the park idea, too.
