Hear my Prayer

Someone I love very dearly is in the hospital.  I can't be with her today so I pray, sketchbook in hand.  Two things she loves are little birds and daisies.

I use bright colors because that's what she loves.  Bright colors make her happy.

Drawing her favorite things helps me feel close to her.  Symbols of nature bring peace and comfort.

So grateful to have this studio as my sanctuary.

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalm 91:1

Lord, hear my prayer.
